ooh. ready to go to the ocean. ready to keep up this momentum. ready to look in 3d and start working on my terrestrial bias. ready to miss wonderful people even more. ready to eat really spicy seafood every meal with the host fam in Ban Jao Mai, ready to have ears full of water for three weeks straight, ready to finish the semester/expeditions off by student leading with the one and only miss Hannah Gray, ready to try and understand the southern Thai dialect, ready to be sunbaked to a dehydrated crisp and wish i was back in the unbearably cold night villages of mae hong son/ northern thailand, ready to identify dozen of sea species- the corals and angelfish and ooh i’m especially on the look out for flower soft coral and the lunar wrasse.  ready to put off thinking about ICRP and winterbreak plans just a little bit longer. ready ready ready and it feels so good. as good as talking to some of my favorite people this morning- all of them together in allie’s house. classic. so ready, mentally, i guess, because i definitely should go pack now.  see you in a few weeks.
